Urban Wall Street's youth programs use media, design, and creative collaboration to help young people learn by doing - and see the value of their work.
One Ecosystem. Multiple Pathways. One Philosophy.
Urban Wall Street is a youth development ecosystem, not a single workshop or short-term program. Built on more than 15 years of hands-on work with young people in schools and communities, it is designed to meet young people where their creativity already lives.
Participants may engage through media production, fashion and product design, storytelling, or academic enrichment — all grounded in the same core philosophy: ownership, accountability, and real-world application, build confidence, discipline, and real-world skills that extend far beyond the classroom.
A media and storytelling program where youth write, film, and create original content while learning collaboration, communication, and critical thinking.
A hands-on design and entrepreneurship program where youth turn ideas into real products and learn how creativity connects to value.

A moment of reflection from a YP Africa (Accra, Ghana) participant
UWS Young Producers has supported youth-led projects both locally and remotely, with documented outcomes. From apparel and product design to storytelling and media production, participants engage with real processes, real timelines, and real audiences.
Our work is rooted in experience—not trends.
Launched in 2008, UWS Young Producers is a project-based learning program where youth learn the fundamentals of media production through hands-on experience.
Since its founding, participants in New York, New Jersey, Boston, and Accra, Ghana have served as writers, producers, camera operators, directors, and music creators across more than 300 youth-led productions.
Collectively, this work has generated nearly One million views, with content broadcast through the Young Producers YouTube channel and Urban Wall Street streaming platforms.
More than technical skills, students learn discipline, collaboration, and responsibility as producers of intellectual property.
Is the next great content creator a young talent at your school organization? To learn more about how your students can participate in this dynamic program, call or send us an email.
