SPONSOR-A-DREAM!!

   We've all said at some time or another "If I could just help one child..." when acknowledging and assessing the lack of opportunities and resources available for inner city youth throughout urban communities.  In an effort to give legs and tangible substance to the aforementioned statement and sentiment, I've created the UWS SPONSOR-A-DREAM program.  

    For the past 16 years, UWS has worked with thousands of students, nationally and internationally, many with natural talents and abilities, aspiring for careers in Media Production.

   This initiative will enable individuals and businesses to support the media & entrepreneurial dreams of low-income/disadvantaged youth by sponsoring a school, enabling their participation in the UWS Young Producers & Designers Programs.

(*Check/Gift will be earmarked specifically for sponsored school)

IDEA: 10 local businesses in surrounding area of a school each gift a tax-deductible donation of $500. ( 10 business x $500 each = $5,000)

🔸Here's what a $5,000 tax-deductible sponsorship will provide:

1.  Facilitation of the 8-10 week residency for Day/After-school Program in any school or CBO.
2.  Teaching Artist Position for TV/Film Production graduate/professionalBusiness/Brand Benefits
3. Print/Audio signature and/or business logo listed in closing credits of Young Producers video(s), broadcasting globally via the YP YouTube channel; exposure on UWS/YP social media platforms, etc.
4. Inclusion in UWS YP  “Business Spotlight Ad Campaign.
5. Gratification of knowing your support will directly position students to engage in a dynamic, career oriented, project-based media production/fashion & business programs, creating a stronger sense of pride, self-conference, and self-sufficiency.
